The front stow pocket extends the full width of the briefcase for carrying files, and the rear pocket snaps closed to secure contents. The main compartment’s metal YKK® zipper is heavy gauge for a lifetime of service.

This waxed canvas from British Millerain is thoroughly saturated with our proprietary oil finish, creating a barrier that keeps rain and snow on the outside. Tin Cloth’s tight weave has made its resistance to abrasion and tears legendary, making it the ideal material for a lighter-weight bag that withstands the tests of time and mileage. The thick handles are made with leather that’s been slowly tanned in natural, plant-based solutions. This process transforms hides into saddle-grade Bridle Leather that’s lustrous, supple and exceedingly durable. Includes a sturdy cotton-webbing shoulder strap that’s adjustable and removable. Fully lined with Cover Cloth.

CARE
Do not wash or dry clean – brush or wipe clean with a damp rag. Rewax as needed to maintain maximum water resistance. To prevent the transfer of oils, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact between Filson oil finish goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.
