RETURNS

For orders made and received from within Europe: You have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days if the value of the ordered item is not decreased by the buyer through damage, wearing, etc. Returns should be sent to: Sublime, via della roggia 15b, 39100 Bolzano, Italy. Please direct enquiries regarding returns to: info@sublime.bz. 

PRICES

All prices are in EURO and quoted inclusive of VAT (22% VAT).

PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal and via credit cards.

RETURN POLICY

For orders made and received from within Europe: You have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days if the value of the ordered item is not decreased by the buyer through damage, wearing, etc. You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item has to be unused and in new condition. Both the returned item and the packaging must also be unused and in new condition. If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees.

For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Italian Consumer Law (D.Lgs. 206/2005), private consumers (non-business buyers) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.  Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and must be sent back within 15 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods in acceptable condition.

CONFIRMATION

By clicking on the “Confirm” button to finalize your order, you fully and unreservedly accept this order as well as all of these General Conditions of Sale. The data recorded by sublime.bz shall serve as proof of all transactions carried out between sublime.bz and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system shall constitute proof of the financial transactions.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

The Buyer fully accepts at the time of purchase any commercial and service terms of warranty offered by the manufacturers of the purchased items that may be beyond the Supplier’s control and for which it is therefore not liable. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law, valid for 2 years from delivery.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Sublime. You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order is received. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order but confirms that it has been received. The purchase contract is concluded only when we send a second email confirming availability of the products, payment authorization, and shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those for products that are unavailable or exceed shipping limits. In such cases, we will notify you within 30 days and issue a full refund if payment has already been made. All order-related communications are sent via email or the website.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

The Buyer guarantees that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date, and agrees to notify the Supplier of any changes. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (username and password). Any action taken using these credentials will be considered as made by the Buyer, who is liable for all resulting obligations. The Buyer must ensure that a valid email address is provided for communications.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Product descriptions and technical details on the website are based on information provided by manufacturers. The Supplier is not liable for discrepancies unless caused by its own negligence or willful misconduct. The Supplier is also not responsible for service interruptions or performance issues due to force majeure or unforeseeable events.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of residence of the Buyer. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or with the purchase of products shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Buyer confirms having read and expressly accepted the clauses of these Terms and Conditions.

COMPETENT COURT

For any dispute relating to or arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (replacing EC Regulation No. 44/2001) or Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), depending on which is applicable.
