Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).

The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are: made according to customer specifications; clearly personalized; or excluded from withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
