Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
