The 7924 New Goose Down Vest is made using a traditional and particularly complex construction method: the goose down is injected individually into each channel, one by one. This time-consuming process allows the channels to remain visible both on the outside and inside of the vest.
The vest is filled with 90/10 white European goose down with an 850 fill power. Fill power refers to the loft and insulating capacity of the down — the higher the fill power, the more air the down can trap and the greater its warmth-to-weight ratio.
The body is lined with water-repellent cotton, while the outer fabric is treated cotton with a strong water-repellent finish.
Two practical front pockets provide everyday storage, with the left pocket featuring an additional large zipped security pocket.
The front closes with a two-way zipper. The collar features a protective throat flap with a snap button, designed to sit comfortably and securely around the neck. The logo on the snap is positioned so that it is clearly visible when fastened.
Each snap button is reinforced with a leather backing disc. All leather details are made from naturally vegetable-tanned leather.
All seams are sewn with water-repellent thread.

Il modello 7924 New Goose Down Vest è realizzato con una lavorazione tradizionale e particolarmente complessa: la piuma d’oca viene iniettata singolarmente, canale per canale. Questo procedimento, lungo e laborioso, permette di mantenere i canali visibili sia all’esterno che all’interno del gilet.
L’imbottitura è composta da 90/10 piuma d’oca bianca europea con 850 fill power. Il fill power indica la capacità della piuma di sviluppare volume e di trattenere l’aria: più alto è il fill power, maggiore è la quantità d’aria che la piuma riesce a intrappolare e, di conseguenza, il rapporto tra calore e peso.
La parte interna è foderata in cotone idrorepellente, mentre il tessuto esterno è in cotone trattato con una finitura fortemente idrorepellente.
Sul davanti sono presenti due pratiche tasche, mentre la tasca sinistra presenta un’ampia tasca di sicurezza aggiuntiva con chiusura a zip.
La chiusura frontale è affidata a una zip a doppio cursore. Il colletto è dotato di un parasalva collo con bottone a pressione, studiato per aderire perfettamente al collo. Il logo sul bottone è orientato in modo da risultare chiaramente leggibile quando chiuso.
Ogni bottone a pressione è dotato di un dischetto di rinforzo in cuoio. Tutti gli accessori in pelle sono realizzati in cuoio naturale a concia vegetale.
Tutte le cuciture sono realizzate con filo idrorepellente.
